There has been a lot of requests for a revised installation guide with more detailed step by step instructions. After countless hours of live testing and different computers, we have fixed some errors and confusion in the previous guide. At this time, we will only offer support for the Windows XP 32-bit (x86) operating system. We are aware that it's possible to get the software and cable to work with Windows 7 and higher, but because of the amount of driver issues that could occur, we do not recommend it and we will not support it.
